Which companies visit my website for free: two $0 plans and how to set up RB2B's

Last reviewed October 23, 2026

Quick answerTwo tools show visiting companies at $0: RB2B's Free plan, with up to 150 company-level matches a month, and Leadfeeder Lite, which lists the last 100 companies a month with 7 days of history.

Which companies visit my website for free: the two $0 plans

Two tools show which companies visit your website at no cost: RB2B's Free plan and Leadfeeder (by Dealfront) Lite. RB2B Free is $0 with no end date and matches up to 150 visiting companies a month, as read on October 23, 2026. Leadfeeder Lite is $0 and lists the last 100 companies a month, with 7 days of visitor history and unlimited users.

Neither free plan names people. On Free, RB2B still counts person-level visitors but shows them as companies, with names, emails and LinkedIn data masked since January 22, 2026. Leadfeeder says it shows businesses, not individuals. Warmly's pricing page lists no free plan, though its help center describes a free version.

Set up RB2B Free: script, Slack and company-only profiles

A new RB2B account opens with 7 days of the full product, people included, before you choose the free plan or a paid one. RB2B's lead-generation page says the free plan needs no credit card, setup fee or contract.

  1. Sign up with a work email; RB2B emails a one-time sign-in link instead of a password.
  2. Add your domain. The script runs only on a domain your account authorizes.
  3. Update your privacy policy and cookie banner, as RB2B's checklist asks. Then copy the script from the Script page into the site header, or a tag manager, so every page loads it.
  4. Create a Slack channel and sign in to only one Slack workspace. In RB2B, open Integrations, choose Slack and press Connect to Slack.
  5. Switch on Send company only profiles. By default, Slack alerts go only for visitors with a LinkedIn URL, and Free profiles carry none.

Slack receives only profiles identified after you connect it. If the trial ends with no plan chosen, RB2B suspends the account until you pick one, so choose Free and switch Slack back on.

Leadfeeder Lite: the last 100 companies a month, with 7 days of history

Leadfeeder says Lite is free forever with no card needed. Everyone starts with a 14-day trial of the full product, Leadfeeder says, and Lite is one of the plans to pick when it ends.

Leadfeeder's install article says the script must be on all of your pages. Hostname rules under Account, Traffic Filtering define each website, and new companies take up to an hour to appear. On the free version, the tracker status may not change before the next day.

Make the free allowance last

RB2B Free includes 150 resolutions a month. A resolution is one visitor identified within 30 days, and a company-only match uses one too. Unused resolutions expire at the end of the cycle. When they run out, the script switches off, and visitors during the pause cannot be identified later.

RB2B's help center marks URL restrictions and the Domain Exclusion List, two ways to save resolutions, for Pro and Pro+ only. In late January 2026, RB2B paused Slack alerts on Free accounts as an activity check; it calls the pause one-time and says upgrading removes it.

When to pay for the people behind the companies

Starter adds LinkedIn URLs for US visitors: $79 a month for 300 resolutions, month to month, with the URLs sent to Slack or Teams. Business emails start on Pro. Identify anonymous website visitors explains which visits can be named as people.

RB2B's Free plan, $0 with no end date, matches up to 150 visiting companies a month and posts them to Slack once the company-only switch is on, without a credit card; best website visitor identification software free sets it beside the other free plans and trials.

Stay on a $0 plan while company names are enough, and move to Starter when you need the person. RB2B free trial covers how the 7 days turn into the free plan.
