RB2B: extra domains and the agency program

Pro and Pro+ accounts can add up to five domains beyond the one that comes with the account, at $99 a month each on the pricing page; RB2B pricing lists the plans. Subdomains of an active domain need no seat. Added domains feed one dashboard with no domain filter or label, and every team member sees every domain, so telling the sites apart is left to your own CRM fields or Slack filters.

Domain seats are non-refundable, and RB2B says the feature is meant for one organization, not separate clients. For client work its choice guide offers a separate account, with its own data, settings and billing, or the agency program as a hybrid. Agency sub-accounts, which are client accounts managed from one agency login, start on the Free tier and each keeps its own subscription, with no pooled credits and no white-labeled dashboard.

RB2B's 7-day trial covers one site; a trial for a different site needs a new RB2B account. Agency sub-accounts are not eligible for a trial of the Pro plan.

Leadfeeder: unlimited tracked domains

Leadfeeder's pricing page lists unlimited tracked domains and unlimited users on every plan, Lite included. Its help center says one tracking script serves every website under the same company in an account. Pricing follows the unique companies identified a month: Lite is $0 for the last 100 companies, and Discover is $113 a month billed monthly ($79 billed annually) for up to 50 companies.

The limit is the unit. Leadfeeder identifies companies and does not show individual visitors by default, a gap RB2B vs Leadfeeder covers.

Leadpipe: one site or brand on Pro, an Agency plan with white label

Leadpipe's pricing page headlines Pro for one site or brand: $147 a month billed monthly for 500 identified visitors. Its Agency plan is headlined for agencies with unlimited clients, at $3,500 a month for 100,000 identified visitors or $5,500 for 200,000. Clients share one pool, each gets its own tracking pixel, and login, sign-up and pixel can carry the agency's name.

The page states no number of sites for Agency. Leadpipe's docs say to confirm white-label capabilities in the agreement before promising a branded login, and that several pixels alone do not set permissions or separate client accounts. RB2B vs Leadpipe compares Pro with RB2B.

Snitcher and Leadinfo: a subscription per site or one shared limit

Two company-level tools also document several sites. Snitcher's help center says each website has its own separate subscription, managed in one place with billing and data kept independent. A new website starts its own 14-day trial. Snitcher is $79 a month billed monthly for up to 50 companies.

Leadinfo tracks several websites on one account, each with its own dashboard and inbox. A second domain counts against the same subscription's recognition limit. Leadinfo Starter is $107 a month billed monthly for up to 50 companies.
