Why person-level matching stops at the US border

RB2B's FAQ says its person-level database holds only profiles matched to US home addresses, and that screening on the visitor's IP address resolves only US traffic. For visitors elsewhere, RB2B's help center says it skips the person match and still tries a company match. Its pricing page marks contact-level ID as US only and company-level ID as global.

A US-heavy site is RB2B's stated best case: its General FAQs say a site without much US traffic should not expect high volumes of identified visitors. VPN and proxy visitors are a second gap, because RB2B's accuracy FAQs say it abandons person-level identification when it cannot confirm a US location.

Vector draws the same line: its FAQ says identification is geofenced to the US, with US-based contacts only and possibly company-level information for EU-based users. Leadpipe's pricing page describes matched US visitors, and its docs give no country-by-country availability.

Person-level tools with published prices: RB2B and Leadpipe

RB2B Starter is $79 a month for 300 resolutions, each one identified visitor, and pushes LinkedIn URLs to Slack and Teams, with no email addresses. Pro starts at $149 a month for 600 and adds business email addresses and all integrations.

RB2B's pricing page puts contact-level (person-level) coverage for US visitors at 15 to 20 percent on Starter and Pro and 35 to 45 percent on Pro+, and its help center states higher figures for the same plans; all are RB2B's claims. On a US-heavy site, RB2B's 7-day trial shows how many named people your own traffic yields.

Leadpipe Pro, for one site or brand, is $147 a month billed monthly for 500 identified visitors, and its page also offers quarterly and yearly billing. RB2B vs Leadpipe compares the two. Pick RB2B for named US contacts in Slack from $79 a month, or Leadpipe for person-level US matches with quarterly or yearly discounts.

Sales-led platforms: Warmly and Vector

Warmly's pricing page starts its AI Web-Deanonymization product at $10,000 a year, from 10K credits a month, with every card ending in Talk To Sales. Its entry product lists real-time and Slack alerts and CRM sync.

Vector's pricing page starts at $36,000 a year, sized by usage, and Vector calls itself a contact-level intent platform. Its FAQ gives its own match rates, about 10 percent at contact level and about 30 percent with a company-level fallback; it also says coverage varies.

Pick Warmly or Vector when a sales team is buying a platform under a yearly contract. The best website visitor identification software page groups eight tools, Lead Forensics included, by what each names.

US privacy rules to read before installing

This site gives no legal advice, so have counsel review your setup. RB2B's help center says it requires you to update your privacy policy and cookie banner, and that compliance responsibility rests with the website administrator.

The California Attorney General's CCPA page, updated August 28, 2026, says the law applies to many businesses, including data brokers, and covers opt-out rights, including through a global privacy control signal. Is website visitor identification legal in the USA lists what each state agency publishes.
