Try RB2B →Monthly billing side by side
Set side by side on monthly billing, the entry plans cover different amounts. RB2B's $79 buys 300 resolutions. Snitcher's $79, Leadinfo's $107 and Leadfeeder's $113 each cover up to 50 unique companies, and Leadpipe's $147 covers 500 identified visitors. The units differ, so the lowest price is not automatically the lowest cost per identified visitor.
Pick RB2B Starter for named US contacts in Slack with no commitment beyond a month. Pick Snitcher for the lowest entry price on yearly billing among tools that publish a monthly figure; RB2B vs Snitcher sets the two side by side. Pick Leadpipe for person-level US matches with quarterly and yearly discounts, and Warmly or Vector for a sales-led platform under a yearly contract.
What yearly and quarterly billing save, in the vendors' words
Four of the seven tools publish a lower price for longer billing, and the table shows each. Leadfeeder labels annual billing "SAVE 30%" and Snitcher's toggle reads "Annual ~ 30% off." Leadinfo states no percentage. Leadpipe labels quarterly "Save 17%" and annual "Save 26%": for 500 identified visitors, that is $366 billed each quarter or $1,305 billed each year, and its FAQ adds that identification capacity still renews monthly.
RB2B's January 2026 update says it offers no standard annual plan, while a billing FAQ still says subscriptions run month-to-month or year-to-year. Warmly labels its yearly view "Save 30%," but its quarterly and yearly figures do not reconcile on the page, so no Warmly saving is stated here. Vector sells an annual contract only.
What each plan yields in contacts: count the unit first
RB2B counts resolutions, which are people or companies identified in a 30-day window. Leadfeeder, Snitcher and Leadinfo count unique companies, and Leadpipe counts unique identified visitors. Because the units differ, no cost per contact is printed for the rivals.
RB2B's pricing page gives contact-level coverage of 15 to 20 percent on Starter and Pro, and RB2B's other pages state coverage in other ways, so the low end is the base. At 15 percent, 2,000 US visitors a month fill Starter's 300 resolutions, and company matches draw on the same allowance. Pro adds business email addresses and includes 600 for $149.
At full use the fee works out to about 26 cents a resolution on Starter and about 25 cents on Pro, and cost per contact runs higher because company matches use resolutions too. Divide the fee by the contacts your own US traffic yields; RB2B pricing lists every tier.
Before paying any of these, RB2B's 7-day trial gives a week of real resolution counts from your own site.
Overage, extra domains and credits
RB2B bills resolutions past the allowance as overage. The pricing page prices overage at 45¢ (Starter) and 25¢ (Pro, Pro+), while the Overages FAQs describe $0.85 and $0.45 for monthly Pro and Pro+ only. The Overages FAQs are dated May 18, 2026.
RB2B's extra domains cost $99 a month each, up to five, on Pro and Pro+.
Clearbit now sits inside HubSpot, which meters its buyer intent tool in credits. HubSpot's catalog lists extra credits at $0.010 each, or $10 for each pack of 1,000, beside a Core Seat on Starter at $20/month per seat. The best website visitor identification software page groups eight tools by what each names.
