Last reviewed October 23, 2026

Best website visitor identification software free: plans and trials

Two tools offer a free plan with no end date, RB2B and Leadfeeder (by Dealfront), and both free plans show companies, not people. RB2B Free is $0 for 150 company-level resolutions a month and a push to Slack. Leadfeeder Lite is $0 and lists the last 100 companies a month in its Web Visitors report. The other four tools in the table offer a trial only. Figures were read on October 23, 2026.

RB2B Free: 150 company-level resolutions a month

On RB2B Free, a resolution is one visitor identified in a 30-day window, and a company match uses one. The card states its own limit: no person-level ID, no email addresses and no other integrations.

Since January 22, 2026, RB2B's Free-plan article says, names, emails and LinkedIn details stay masked. The same article says lead quality is the same on Free and Pro, because the identification methods are identical and only the information shown differs. Which companies visit my website for free covers the setup.

RB2B's Slack articles add that default Slack alerts carry only profiles with a LinkedIn URL, and a separate Send company only profiles switch adds company-level ones.

When the 150 resolutions run out, RB2B's credit FAQ says the tracking script is disabled and collection pauses. Visitors who arrive during the pause cannot be identified afterward.

Leadfeeder Lite: the last 100 companies a month

Leadfeeder's pricing page lists Lite at $0, free forever with no card needed. It shows the last 100 companies a month in Web Visitors, keeps 7 days of visitor history and allows unlimited users. The Lite card lists no real-time alerts or CRM sync, which the page names first on Discover.

Everyone starts with a 14-day trial of the full product with no card, Leadfeeder's own page says, and Lite is one of the plans offered when the trial ends.

Trials that name people: RB2B and Leadpipe

RB2B's pricing page says every account gets a 7-day full-featured trial and no credit card is required, and its lede starts "Try the Pro plan free for 7 days." RB2B's help center says its 7-day trial runs on Pro+ and caps collection at 1,000 profiles. The clock starts when RB2B first identifies a visitor, and an account that picks no plan at the end is suspended. RB2B free trial sets out the terms.

Leadpipe offers 7 days or 500 identified profiles, whichever comes first, with no credit card. Its pricing page describes matched US visitors with names, available email addresses and company context.

What the free routes leave out

Neither free plan names a person: RB2B Free masks people, and Leadfeeder Lite is a company list with 7 days of history. For named US visitors the routes are RB2B's and Leadpipe's trials, each with a cap: 1,000 profiles on RB2B's trial and 500 on Leadpipe's.

Snitcher and Leadinfo offer 14-day trials with no credit card, and both identify companies. Lead Forensics publishes no price and runs a one-week trial after a demo. Warmly's pricing page lists no free plan or trial, though its help center has a setup guide for a free account. The pricing page of Vector (vector.co) offers a demo and no free plan or trial.

Pick RB2B Free to see which companies visit, or Leadfeeder Lite for a company list with unlimited users. Pick Leadpipe's trial for a week of person-level US matches. A team with modest traffic can start from website visitor identification software for small business.
